- Specialty cold and heat Therapy : Alternating heat and cold Therapy - most effective in cases of injuries and pain- The cold therapy causes the blood vessels to contract and reduce circulation, therefore decreasing pain. Removing the cold causes the veins to expand, increasing circulation. Heat therapy can be applied to assist circulation and the incoming flow of nutrients that can heal the injured tissues.
- Swedish Massage: Classic full body massage, long strokes, increases circulation, reduces tension/stress, induce relaxation
- Prenatal Massage: Designed to nurture the well being of the expectant mother and baby, I will use specialized techniques to relieve the unique stresses and strains experienced during pregnancy. This service is not performed during the first trimester.
- Reflexology- manipulation of the reflex zones of the feet to help restore balance to the entire body by releasing the flow of energy - 30 min: $ 60.00 Add on
- Deep Tissue- Specific work, increase circulation, decrease muscle tension comprised by trigger points therapy, stretching, and variety of other modalities to relieve tension caused by strain, stress and inflammation.
- Back, Neck and Shoulders- Relieving upper body tension, ease emotional and physical stress with this deep tissue tension release massage, relieving knots. Different techniques are used to relax muscle and to increase circulation.
- Hot Stones - a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones, either as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body while they massage other parts of the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly
- Couple's Massage- Enjoy this relaxing moment right next to your beloved one. A great way to spend a special time by your partner, best friend, mom's and daughters, dad and son's! Request for this service by phone only.
- 90 minutes: $280.00
- Scalp Massage: Add-on 15 minutes. Massaging the scalp can relieve pain from migraine headaches, improve mental alertness and increase circulation to the face, head, neck and shoulders, and even encourage hair growth by stimulating blood flow to hair follicles. We may add on Lavender or Peppermint to your scalp massage optimizing your relaxation.

* Under NO circumstances We perform any kind of massage even remotely associated with sexual massage. Any comments and/or behaviors that are sexually inappropriate will prompt me immediately to terminate session and charge in full for that appointment. I operate my practice with the utmost professionalism, ethical behavior and respect for my clients as well myself.- * Cancellation Policy:
- - 24 hours advanced notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us a 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
- - No Shows- will be charged full price as well the consistency on "Forgetting" appointments may end in the termination of the treatment.
- - Late Arrivals- We offer a full 60 minutes service if you are late and therapist are unable to perform the full session due to your delay you are still responsible to pay for the full session. Please plan accordingly and be on time.
- - FIRST TIME clients must arrive at least 15 minutes before session to fill out paper work.
